Overview:
Current work hours: 8am to 4:30 pm (subject to change with notice)
Current Work Week: Monday through Friday (Some Weekend work to support Projects)
Responsibilities:
Preventive maintenance on building equipment
Comply with all plant safety and work rules
Trained and Licensed operation on a Genie Boom and Scissors Lift
Work productively without direct supervision
Properly maintain/administer parts supply system and PM system
Proper attitude towards Quality, Safety, and Overall Productivity, including that of a team player. Must work well with others and accept responsibility for work performed
Housekeeping
Leave an area better than you found it
Training classes/seminars in and out of plant some travel may be required
Other duties as assigned by management
Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000. • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications:
Formal Education in a Maintenance Discipline or proven experience
Must complete aptitude suit case test
Good Communications skills -- Reading/Writing/Listening
Basic math skills
Known by your current employer to be a hard working dependable employee
Physical abilities to meet job responsibilities
Detailed oriented
Supply your own toolbox and tools
