Brick Layer- Start ASAP- Weekly Pay!

Pay: $29-$35/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am- 5 pm

Join our team as a Brick Layer where your day to day will include laying brick, stone, and concrete block to construct, extend, and repair domestic and commercial buildings, and other structures. This includes working with concrete masonry units, structural walls, masonry veneers, and other items as required by masonry projects.

Responsibilities:

• Apply or remove mortar with a trowel

• Seal foundations with damp-resistant materials

• Use spirit levels and plumb lines to check building alignment

• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and masonry-cutting machines

• Construct arches and ornamental brickwork

• Repair and maintain building blocks

• Measure out build areas and set out the first rows of bricks and damp course

• Work outdoors on construction sites, in all weather conditions and at heights

Upon becoming a permanent employee, you will receive 80-20 Health Insurance Benefits through BCBS. Additionally, profit-share bonuses are available for production throughout the year, based on timely completion of jobs. There is a 6% match for 401k contributions. When traveling, employees receive a $40 per diem, and hotel accommodations are covered by the company. Drive time is paid for trips over 45 minutes outside of Blair, NE. The company is financially stable and offers consistent work YEAR ROUND.

Environment

Work is primarily in commercial construction. Job sites can vary, requiring travel with opportunities for per diem. Employees will work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights.
