Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Administrator to join our Home Health and Hospice Agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, clinical and operations management, preferably in home health. Registered Nurse required.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement and monitor healthcare practices in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Manage staff schedules, training, and development.

Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping, budgeting, and reporting.

Collaborate with senior management to set goals and develop strategic plans for the branch.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with 5+ years of management experience.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in nursing and clinical & operations management.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
