    We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to join our team in Williston, ND .

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Financial Stewardship : By managing all financial metrics and ensuring alignment with the Annual Operating Plan, you'll drive the branch's profitability and financial health.

    • Strategic Planning : Your input into the Annual Operating Plan and marketing and sales strategies will shape the branch's direction and growth.

    • Customer Relationships : Developing and maintaining strong business relationships will expand the branch's customer base and foster new business partnerships.

    • Customer Satisfaction : By managing customer satisfaction metrics and cultivating a customer service culture, you'll enhance the overall customer experience.

    • Operational Efficiency : Implementing and enforcing service processes will streamline branch operations, improving efficiency and service quality.

    • Warranty Management : Handling warranty submissions and addressing repetitive issues will contribute to product and service improvements.

    • Compliance and Safety : Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards will create a safe and compliant workplace.

    • Team Development : Recruiting, developing, and motivating employees will build a high-performing team, driving the branch's success.

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    • College, university, or equivalent degree in required Business Administration, Engineering, or related subject required.

    • Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.

    Experience:

    • Significant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • This is a On-Site role based in Williston, ND.

    • The Branch Manager leads a team consisting of a Service Supervisor, 6 Technicians (Field Service Engine, Field Service Power Generation, and In Shop), and a Parts Technician.

    • Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
