    Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

    Demonstrates intimate-level knowledge and/or a proven record of success in end-user interaction in understanding and documenting business and functional requirements for complex projects and managing technical teams across the full software development life cycle, including the following areas:

    • Designing and implementing Business Process Management (BPM) based solutions using BPM software;

    • Setting up client-side architecture, installing software, and configuring for high performance and scalability;

    • Designing and implementing complex enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies: APIs, Event based architecture, streaming events, authentication & authorizations, etc.;

    • Driving BPM adoption within client organizations by empowering client resource to become self-sufficient with building process applications on their own;

    • Assisting clients in identifying other business process opportunities that could be targeted with Pega's software; and,

    • Identifying and addressing client needs, building trusted relationships with clients, developing an awareness of Firm services, communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear requests for information, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.

    Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success learning and performing in functional and technical capacities, including the following areas:

    • Designing/configuration, implementation/deployment, testing and management of enterprise software applications;

    • Project Management / Engagement Economics Skills (Risk Management, Scope Management, Change Control, etc.);

    • Designing and implementation with Business Process Management (BPM) tools (Pega / Appian / Mendix / etc.);

    • Analyzing business requirements, compare against BPM solutions & platform capabilities and create software design;

    • Design Data models and configure databases using relational and document databases;

    • Setting up the servers and configure DevOps code pipeline across multiple environments;

    • Software delivery or software development (BPM, Java/JEE, NodeJS, React,), Web Servers (Apache, Public Cloud Serverless), Operating Systems (Windows, Red Hat Linux or AIX), other technologies / languages (SQL, JavaScript, Micro Services, etc.);

    • Designing & Configuring BPM Applications and Common components / reusable applications;

    • Designing & Configuring BPM Live Data & Case Objects to capture the various business information to be used in Pega application;

    • Designing & Configuring BPM Case flows and process models;

    • Designing & Configuring BPM Screens (legacy as well as Cosmos UI design patterns) to create cross-device and responsive user interfaces/screens;

    • Designing & configuring BPM integration adaptors to connect with the external systems like Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics, SharePoint, etc.;

    • Designing & configuring BPM APIs to expose BPM functionality to external systems and consume RESTful / SOAP / JSON web services provided by external systems;

    • Adopting and enhancing PwC's software delivery framework, approaches and standards/guidelines for BPM project delivery; and,

    • Server architecture within high availability environments.
