Job Title: Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant
Location: New Britain, CT
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks, handling both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), and will also manage payroll (training provided if necessary).
Manage AR and AP using QuickBooks
Handle payroll processing (training available)
Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Use Adobe for various tasks
Perform general administrative duties including organizing, filing, and light cleaning
Communicate effectively via telephone and email
Visit the Post Office box and Bank daily
Attend weekly meetings with owners and provide daily updates to the office manager
Proficiency in QuickBooks (AR and AP)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Familiarity with Adobe
Construction experience is a plus but not required (willingness to learn is essential)
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00

This is a hybrid position in New Britain,CT.
