Mentor South Bay and Futures provide Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health, and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. Available Positions:
Center-Based - West Boylston and Beverly
Home and Community-Based - Brockton, Framingham, Fall River, Lowell, Lawrence, Leominster, and Worcester
Job Duties:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Observe, analyze, and document a range of behavioral challenges.
Design and implement behavioral analysis service plans tailored to each individual.
Train team members to reinforce and execute behavioral plans effectively.
Provide support in various settings, including homes, workplaces, and the community.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
BCBA Certification and LABA License required.
Valid driver's license.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
A compassionate, reliable, and responsible approach to care.
