    Your Role:

    • Assessment & Planning
      Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

    • Implementation
      Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans by our team of RBTs.

    • Training & Supervision
      Mentor and provide guidance to RBTs and other staff members.

    • Collaboration
      Work closely with families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

    Qualifications:

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
