Job Description

Seeking an experienced BIM Manager for Dallas, TX team to support large projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage VDC/BIM projects.

• Develop BIM schedules and standards.

• Lead coordination meetings.

• Provide expertise on standards.

• Identify business growth opportunities.

• Advise on staffing and project setup.

• Conduct BIM training.

• Troubleshoot BIM issues on-site.

Skills

• 5+ years in BIM/VDC.

• Experience managing projects.

• Familiarity with multi-discipline trade contractors.

• Proven success in EPCM roles.

• Facility design experience (cleanrooms, labs, fabs, data centers, solar, biotech, pharma).

Work Environment

• On-site in Dallas, TX.

• Interaction with project stakeholders.

• Job site visits for troubleshooting.

• Collaborative setting with regular meetings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00
