Billing Clerk

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Billing Analyst in the International Logistics and Distribution industry. Based in Miami, Florida, this role focuses on managing Accounts Receivable and Billing functions, and offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately generate customer invoices, ensuring adherence to customer contracts

• Collaborate with the account management team to verify invoice accuracy

• Address inbound customer calls relating to account balances, invoice discrepancies, and facilitate customer payments

• Receive and reconcile payments to keep customer accounts up to date

• Produce AR Aging reports for the management team

• Undertake collection efforts and inform management on customer resolutions or non-payment issues

• Utilize software such as Accounting Software Systems to manage billing and accounts

• Handle multiple tasks independently and troubleshoot issues with minimal guidance

• Deliver excellent customer service with verbal and written fluency in English.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in Accounting or related field

• 2 years of experience in Billing, AR and Collections

• Must be capable of performing Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently and professionally
