Job Title: Billing Clerk for Full-Time Engagement Consulting
Robert Half is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Billing Clerk eager to contribute to our Full-Time Engagement Professionals division. Prepare, print, and send invoices to clients
Manage client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing
Resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes
Collaborate with other departments to balance billing discrepancies
Process credit memos and issue overdue notices as necessary
Maintain up-to-date records of all billing transactions
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's Degree in accounting or related field will be beneficial
Proven experience as a billing clerk or general accounting experience
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with billing software
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
