Bilingual Spanish Tenants Right Coordinator

Description

We are in search of a Bilingual Spanish Tenants Right Coordinator to join our team. The offered position is a short term contract employment opportunity based in Los Angeles, California. The primary function of this role will be to assist tenants over the phone, match them with appropriate resources, and handle administrative work. The industry we operate in is customer service and the workplace environment is fast-paced and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate phone consultations to understand tenant needs and concerns.

• Match tenants with suitable resources to address their needs.

• Handle administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage tenant records using CRM software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Respond to tenant inquiries promptly and professionally, utilizing excellent communication skills.

• Conduct Outbound Sales calls when necessary to promote services and resources.

• Manage schedules and appointments using Calendar Management tools.

• Learn and adapt to new information and situations to provide the best service to tenants.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field

• Experience with CRM for managing client relationships

• Knowledge of About Time for effective time management

• Experience in handling and answering inbound calls

• Familiarity with budget processes and financial planning

• Strong calendar management skills

• Excellent communication skills for both internal and external coordination

• Experience in outbound sales for revenue generation.
