Bilingual Sales Representative - Vietnamese

Salary: $45000.0 - $60000.0 per year

State Farm Agency, located in Silver Spring, MD has an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Vietnamese/English) Account Manager. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skill set! Must be willing to obtain your Property and Casualty Insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Vietnamese/English)
• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
