    Job Description

    Our Community Based Services are intended to provide short term support and stabilization. As such, services provided by the Clinician and their teams should generally be focused on helping clients and their families identify and utilize long-term community supports and natural supports as well as agencies in the community. The Clinician is responsible for establishing clear treatment goals and clinically appropriate recommendations for treatment and interventions. The Clinician directs the activities of other team members to ensure client and family interactions are goal oriented and clinically appropriate. The Clinician will perform some or all of the following services: provide clinical support for individuals and their families to overcome obstacles, identify strengths and develop support networks that will help them overcome barriers; provide support, education and guidance to assist in developing structure, routines, effective parenting skills, positive communication, safety and behavioral plans, as well as hygiene plans. Other services provided are based on individual and family needs (i.e., nutrition and meal planning, household budgeting, etc.).

    Job Requirements:

    • Master's in social work (MSW), mental health counseling (MHC) preferred. Related fields also welcome: (LMFT, LICSW, LCSW, BCBA, LADC, etcetera).
    • Bilingual
    • Valid driver's license with insured transportation. Willing to travel throughout the region to clients' homes.
    • Position requires background check, driving, and other record checks
