    Join Adecco Healthcare in Mesa (85204) and Tucson (85713) , Arizona , as a Bilingual Medical Assistant and contribute to our client's dynamic team!

    Compensation:

    • Up to $23.00 per hour, plus a $1.50 bilingual differential.

    Requirements:

    • Bilingual- Fluent in English and Spanish a must

    • High school diploma or GED.

    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.

    • Preferred: 6 months of phlebotomy experience.

    • Graduate from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent healthcare vocational training.

    • BLS certification required.

    • Experience with EClinicalWorks or similar EMR systems.

    • Preference for geriatric patient experience.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • High emotional intelligence and integrity with a dedicated work ethic.

    • Initiative-driven with creative problem-solving skills.

    • Effective collaboration with individuals of varying seniority and diverse backgrounds.

    • Strong customer-oriented communication skills.

    • Proficient in claims/quality reports and analytical software.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

    Additional:

    • Occasional travel may be required for company meetings.
