  • Description

    Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller. Not an incredible high volume amount of calls, but need to be able to provide exceptional service over the phone.

    Responsibilities

    • Answering incoming calls and inquiries from customers to resolve questions and concerns

    • Gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts

    • Meeting individual customer service call volume and quality expectations

    • Answer general support inquiries pertaining to missing statements, unknown fees, and other general questions

    • Transfer customers to appropriate departments if needed in order to solve their inquiry

    • Responding to client inquiries through phone, e-mail and our ticketing system

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    MUST SPEAK SPANISH!

    • Prior experience/knowledge within the banking, financial and/or payment processing industry

    • Minimum of 2 years of call center experience is preferred

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills

    • Exemplary customer service skills

    • Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and professionalism

    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
