    We are seeking a Benefits Administrator to join our team in the manufacturing industry based in Rochester, New Hampshire. In this role, your focus will be on managing benefits and leave administration for a sizable workforce across various locations, guaranteeing compliance, precision, and uninterrupted support during a pivotal period.

    Responsibilities

    • Tackle the administration of employee benefits programs, which encompass health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and auxiliary benefits

    • Act as the chief point of contact for all employee benefits inquiries, ensuring issues are resolved accurately and swiftly

    • Oversee the coordination of benefits enrollment processes, including open enrollment, enrollments for new hires, and qualifying life events

    • Handle all facets of employee leaves of absence, from FMLA to short-term and long-term disability, personal leaves, and other company-specific leave policies

    • Facilitate communication with employees, managers, and third-party administrators about leave processes, timelines, and documentation requirements

    • Guarantee compliance with all federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations, as well as company policies, across multiple locations

    • Process leave requests, maintain precise records, and monitor leave durations to ensure proper payroll and benefit adjustments

    • Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and confirm proper payroll deductions for benefits during leaves

    • Generate reports and analysis related to benefits usage, leave trends, and costs upon request by management

    Requirements - Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

    • Experience with Dayforce is required

    • Knowledge of 401k and RRSP administration is essential

    • Solid background in auditing practices

    • Understanding of various benefit functions

    • Experience in claim administration is necessary

    • Familiarity with COBRA administration

    • Knowledge of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) procedures is mandatory
