    $60,195.20 - $90,292.80 annually | Based on Relevant Experience

    Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

    About the Role

    The Behavioral Health Therapist provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health services, including individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Your work will focus on helping patients achieve improved emotional and mental well-being, fostering a positive impact on their lives and the community.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients.

    • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.

    • Collaborate with community resources to support patient reintegration and adjustment.

    • Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of all patient interactions.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.

    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of practice required.

    • Minimum two years of experience in mental health therapy preferred.

    • Strong understanding of psychosocial development and interpersonal relationships.

    • Ability to meet CEU requirements and provide licensure renewal documentation to Human Resources.
