Schedule

7 PM - 7 AM MST

3-12 hour shifts per week

Weeknight Shift Differential (Mon-Thurs): 10%

Weekend Day Shift Differential (Sat, Sun): $1.00 more per hour

Weekend Night Shift Differential (Fri, Sat, Sun): $2.00 more per hour

Overtime available but optional

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) and Patient Care Technicians (PCT) with at least 6 months of direct patient care experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with mental health patients and possess a strong understanding of restraint methods and de-escalation tactics.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months direct patient care experience

Must be 21 years of age or older

Ability to work 3-12 hour shifts (either day or night)

Behavioral or mental health experience preferred

Pay Details: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
