    Technician Assistants

    work with other installation crew members to install bathroom fixtures, showers, and baths from beginning to end. They participate in production including the review of project plans, drawings, and job surveys, under the guidance of the Lead Installer.

    Job Summary: Assists with the installation of bathroom fixtures, showers, bathtubs, etc., from beginning to end. The overall goal of the Technician Assistant is to work with installation crew members (both employee and subcontractors) to achieve completion of the installation project with the highest level of safety, quality, efficiency and conformance to the original plans and specifications. The Technician Assistant participates in production services by performing these duties personally or providing assistance to the Install Manager.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Assist with Kohler product installation in residential homes, requiring best-in-class workmanship.

    • Represent Pacific Bath and its clients, ensuring all jobs are completed on time with accurate documentation and forms.

    • Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Carpentry experience with industry knowledge and understanding of the trade.

    • A love for challenges.

    • Exceptional communication skills with a comfortability working with customers.

    • High attention to detail.

    • Valid drivers license
