As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers while providing exceptional customer service. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons.

    Job Summary:

    Primary responsibility is to properly prepare alcoholic beverages as per company spec recipes to guests and in a service bar application. Sell and serve food and beverages to our guests and to deliver our companies best in class service throughout the entire guest experience.

    Duties / Responsibilities/ Job requirements:
    • Bartenders must have a through working knowledge of bartending to include bar terminology and the most common and essential drink recipes.
    • Bartenders must understand the basic rules of bartending, including how to correctly "build a drink", suggest wine and properly pour a draft beer.
    • Bartenders must at all times maintain an outgoing and positive personality.
    • Have complete knowledge of this restaurant's food and beverage menu.
    • Must have the ability to serve the entire bar and or bar tables while meeting or exceed this companies Best in Class Standards.
    • Ability to consistently up sell alcohol and food items.
    • Able to use a computer to ring orders on a check.
    • Able to interact with guests in a consistent friendly and fast manner.
    • Able to accept different types of payment and make change.
    • Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the bar area. Ability to clear and reset the bar and bar tables quickly.
    • Ability to correctly check identification of guests to ensure guests are at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages. Refuse to serve beverages in a polite manner to guests who are not of legal age.
    • If consuming alcoholic beverages, observe guest's behavior, count number of drinks served, and if the bartender feels they should not drive, always inform management.
    • All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed guests' expectations.
    • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
    • Communicates with Managers to inform them of any unhappy guest.
    • Takes, fills to go orders, and checks for accuracy if applicable.
