Banquet Set Up

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banquet Set Up to join our team at Ashland Hills FB, AHRES. As a Banquet Set Up, you will be responsible for ensuring that all banquet events are set up according to the specifications of the event order. You will work closely with the Banquet Manager and other team members to ensure that all events are executed flawlessly. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in the Real Estate Development, Management, Rental, Leasing and Sales industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in banquet set up or related field
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Experience with event planning software

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet events according to event orders
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are in place for events
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet storage areas
• Communicate effectively with Banquet Manager and team members

Skills:

As a Banquet Set Up, you will use your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that all events are executed flawlessly. You will also use your communication skills to effectively communicate with the Banquet Manager and team members. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift and carry up to 50 pounds will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, previous experience in banquet set up or a related field, as well as experience with event planning software, will be beneficial.
