  • Position Summary/Purpose:

    Minnwest is seeking an individual for a full-time Bank Operations Specialist position and is available at multiple locations. The preferred branches are Luverne, Redwood Falls, or Tracy. This position is responsible for providing back-office support for non-loan products by serving as a team member for Application Reconciliation and Deposit Verification. Day to day activity is focused on monitoring defined procedures, verification of output and reconcilement of applications and accounts. Team member is responsible for following established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems.

    Minimum Requirements
    • High school diploma
    • 2 years of experience with at least satisfactory performance in office duties
    • Good verbal and written communication
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Secondary education in business, accounting, or excel specialist
    • 3 years of experience with at least satisfactory performance in application reconciliation and deposit verification duties
    • Good understanding of all standard operating procedures relating to retail and bank operations
    • Good understanding of the BSA Policy CIP requirements
    • Good understanding of Deposit Compliance requirements
    • Good understanding of bank accounting
    • Good working knowledge of Excel
    • Ability to simultaneously coordinate and complete multiple projects
    Working Conditions: Work indoors in a standard office environment. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. May involve traveling for training or meetings.
