Role Summary/Purpose:
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial minded marketer to help manage marketing initiatives and lead client relationships for the Vet/Pet Market Expansion team. This is a heavy project management role that requires strong organizational skills to develop and execute B2B/B2B2C marketing programs designed to drive acquisitions, increase applications and purchase volume growth through the integration of CareCredit into workflows, payment journeys and technologies across multiple partnerships. The ideal marketer will also need to have strong relationship and presentation skills to support and lead marketing meetings and client events to build trust and deepen value with the internal and external partners.

Essential Responsibilities
Project management of multiple B2B/B2B2C marketing projects and initiatives
Help Define and manage marketing strategies and communication plans for strategic accounts and market expansion initiatives
Manage and execute B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, direct mail, and digital channels to drive client growth and align with CareCredit business goals
Align with sales team to develop marketing strategy to support strategic industry partners
Work closely with analytics and finance to identify opportunities based on client growth trends, penetration and financial performance. Utilize key metrics to support clients, uncover opportunity and develop/ track campaign analytics.
Reinforce CareCredit as a tool to drive client business goals driving engagement at the practice / location level. Assist client senior leadership in communicating the importance and value of CareCredit.
Develop and maintain a marketing and reporting rhythm with client marketing and operations teams to illustrate campaign performance, reinforce product value and keep client marketing and operations teams engaged
Oversee the creative agency in development and execution of campaigns
Work directly with vet industry clients and key opinion leaders to develop educational content and value-added programs to engage industry providers
Collaborate with cross functional teams to complete projects
Partner closely with internal marketing teams - cardholder, digital and brand - to identify opportunities to drive repeat use.
Highly proficient at presentation development and delivery
Manage budget including forecasting and tracking
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 8+ years of marketing experience identified below
5+ years of marketing experience partnering with creative agencies that includes:
Prior B2B and B2B2C marketing experience
Analytics background needed to set strategy and measure performance
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Workfront, Coupa, Salesforce, Adobe
Desired Characteristics:
B2B marketing experience in Veterinary/Pet Care market and/or Equine industry
Able to work in a fast-paced, complex, environment and manage multiple projects with little supervision
Highly proficient in internal processes such as (not limited to) Workfront, Coupa, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong project management skills
Strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Experience interpreting and leveraging data to determine the success of the marketing campaign
Experience managing creative agencies, research or analytic partners
Collaborative team player with ability to influence across all levels of internal and external organizations
Curious, flexible, high energy, self-starter with an emphasis on action rather than analysis
Active listener, lifelong learner, proactive problem solver and marketing enthusiast
Grade/Level: 11
The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
