    Our St. Paul, Minnesota (MN) office is looking for a Planner or Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our Aviation team.

    Our Twin Cities Aviation team has experienced sustained growth. We are seeking someone creative and driven to develop and manage planning and engineering projects for a growing team serving a strong market. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to not only manage project production and directly interface with our clients, but become a trusted advisor both internally and externally, mentor younger staff, and be a driver of growth for the Aviation practice.

    Responsibilities

    This role will provide support to multiple airport projects across the country leading the analysis and reports for airport planning, programming, and implementation. A candidate should have experience with the preparation of various technical planning analyses / studies that may include Airport Master Plans, Parking, Ground Transportation, Rental Car, and Roadway studies. Additionally, the selected candidate will aid in business development, marketing and promotion efforts, and help manage relationships with key clients.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree with 4 or more years of experience in planning and/or design in an Airport or Transportation related environment

    • PE, CM, or AICP Certification

    • Working knowledge of the airport environment

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to manage and mentor staff and effectively direct resources in a positive manner

    • Experience with AutoCAD preferred
