Robert Half is currently recruiting on behalf of a distinguished firm for the role of a Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, keen attention to detail, and solid time management. An impressive track record handling complex business litigation in state and federal courts is vital for this position.

Responsibilities

Undertake extensive legal research and appropriately draft pleadings, motions, and various other court filings.

Skillfully conduct and defend depositions.

Represent clients professionally at status conferences.

Argue motions in both state and federal courts.

Engage in settlement conferences and negotiations.

Leverage your extensive trial preparation experience to structurally present solid cases.

Qualifications

A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Michigan.

A minimum of three years' experience in a Litigation Attorney role.

Demonstrable experience with complex business litigation in state and federal courts.

Robust writing skills and superior oral communication ability.

Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Excellent client service skills with a proven track record in client communication and management.
