Attorney/Lawyer

Description We are offering an opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in Irving, Texas, United States. This role primarily focuses on providing pre-litigation and discovery support, with a majority of work related to Construction Defect and the remaining part centered around auto/liability. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-litigation support in matters related to construction defects

• Engage in discovery processes to gather and analyze relevant information

• Leverage expertise in corporate law to provide guidance and support

• Participate in litigation defense strategies and activities

• Understand and differentiate various aspects of construction defects, such as manufacturing and installation issues

• Support ongoing litigation processes and activities

• Ensure all legal processes and protocols are adhered to

• Collaborate with the team to develop effective legal strategies

• Handle auto/liability cases as required

• Maintain accurate records of all legal activities and processes. Requirements - Applicant must possess significant experience in Construction Defect.

• Demonstrated expertise in Litigation is essential.

• Must have a background in Litigation - Defense.

• Proficiency in Corporate Law is required.

• Applicant should be well-versed in Discovery.
