The primary function of this role will be to assist clients with their real estate transactions. The firm offers a competitive benefit and compensation package, including an Asociate bonus program. Responsibilities

• Review and process Purchase & Sale Agreements with accuracy and efficiency.

• Analyze and manage Title survey reviews.

• Handle all aspects related to Closing documents.

• Oversee landlord and tenant leases, ensuring all legalities are adhered to.

• Involvement in Business Planning & Entity Documentations.

• Engage in Like Kind Exchange Planning.

• Draft, review and negotiate various real estate contracts.

• Utilize skills with Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, and Document Management.

• Apply knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, Landlord & Tenant Leases, Contracts, business planning and entity documents to your daily plan

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer.

• Experience with Purchase & Sale Agreements is welcome

• Knowledge of Closing documents is needed

• Strong skills in Document Management are necessary.

• Must have expertise in Commercial Real Estate.

• Experience with Real Estate Leases is required.

• Knowledge of Tenant Leases is critical.

• Familiarity with Lease Contracts is required.

• Experience in dealing with Real Estate Contracts is essential.
