Litigation Attorney

Our client, a leading diverse Practice, Colorado Law firm in the Denver Tech Center that provides excellent legal service with small firm attention is currently seeking a commercial litigation associate with 3 plus years' experience to join their litigation team. The Litigation Attorney will demonstrate ability to independently produce a quality work product and will have an excellent attention to detail, including working with document intensive cases and have the ability to work as part of a team and effectively work closely with other associates at the firm. Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes Health, Dental, 401k, short- and long-term disability and group life. Requirements - Possession of a valid and active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

• A minimum of three years of professional experience as an attorney or lawyer

• Proficiency in using 3M and Adobe Acrobat software

• Demonstrated experience in case and document management

• Proven track record in briefing, claim administration, and commercial litigation

• Expertise in civil rights litigation and civil litigation experience

• Experience in complex commercial litigation and complex litigation

• Familiarity with construction litigation and defense litigation

• Experience in employment litigation and insurance defense litigation

• Proven knowledge of litigation processes and handling litigation matters

• Ability to prepare litigation documents and experience in managing litigation holds

• Experience in multi-district litigation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
