The Attendant Care Worker delivers one-one-one, interactive, community-based mental health services to children and adults utilizing a strengths-based, and skill building philosophy.
Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Coordinates with the client's Case Manager and/or Therapist to facilitate the treatment plan outlined for the client.
- Provides one-one-one interactions in the community and the home to assist the client develop skills that enhance overall functioning of the client.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED- Strong organizational skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age and at least three years older than the youth.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- Two years' experience working with adults or children in a health-related field.
REQUIRED LICENSE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION:- Within 30 days of employment the employee must have completed Attendant Care on-line training, KHS on-line training.
- Valid driver's license, insurance and a dependable vehicle.
