Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady LLP is seeking a Products/Labor Law Attorney with 4-6 years of relevant experience to join our White Plains, NY office. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to advance their careers while working on complex and challenging legal matters alongside highly experienced partners.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Handle products liability and labor law matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Provide comprehensive legal counsel and recommendations to clients regarding complex labor law issues and products liability matters.
• Conduct extensive legal research to support case strategies and advise clients.
• Represent clients at depositions, court appearances, and motion practice.
• Manage assigned caseloads independently and under appropriate supervision.
• Maintain strong client relationships by adhering to guidelines and ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Accurately record and maintain billable hours.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice in the State of New York (admissions in PA, NJ, and/or CT are a plus).
• 4-6 years of experience in products liability and/or labor law matters.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Federal court experience is a plus.
• Additional experience in insurance defense or related areas of law is considered a strong asset.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary is commensurate with experience and skill set.
• Position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, short-term and long-term disability, 401k, flexible work, and paid time off.

For New York City Applicants:

• Salary range: $35.00-$70.00/hr. ($72,800.00-$145,600.00), plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
• The anticipated salary range is for candidates who will work in New York City. The salary offered to a successful candidate will depend upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
