Associate Sales Operations Consultant

Our client, a leader in the sales operations sector, is seeking an Associate Sales Operations Consultant to join their team. As an Associate Sales Operations Consultant, you will be part of the Sales Operations department supporting various sales teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Associate Sales Operations Consultant

Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite training and meetings required)

Pay Range: $23.51 per hour

What's the Job?

• Act as a liaison between Sales and corporate departments to ensure compliance and timely completion of tasks.

• Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations for all contracts.

• Execute against plan and show progress towards individual and team goals while maintaining effective communication with internal clients.

• Assess proposals for potential liabilities and collaborate with Legal and Commercial Operations for acceptable terms.

• Create and modify Sales proposals using Allscripts Quote Tools and maintain accurate proposal status.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment using Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas).

• Experience with ~~~.

• Ability to manage communications and feedback from Sales Executives regarding proposal processing.

• Willingness to provide after-hours support during peak times.
