    Responsibilities

    Roles + Responsibilities:

    As an Associate Product Manager, you will work with senior product managers, designers, engineers, business stakeholders in all parts of product lifecycle such as problem discovery, requirements definition, feature prioritization, delivery and agile ceremonies as well as product release activities.

    • Evaluate market trends and know the competitive landscape.

    • Engage with internal and external collaborators to identify problems, opportunities and represent the voice of our customers to internal teams.

    • Design solutions, write use cases, business requirements, and documentation to address problems and opportunities.

    • Develop, groom, and prioritize features and backlogs that create the most value for customers while balancing the investment required from the NetSuite business.

    • Evangelize ideas from inception to launch, persuading collaborators. Influence the roadmaps and backlogs of your product area

    • Ensure releases are planned, documented and provide enablement to sales and services on the customer value and functionality of new enhancements.

    • Track dependencies on internal and external collaborators to ensure successful execution.

    • Engage in program management activities to define and monitor processes, procedures and timelines

    Objective Minimum Qualifications:

    To be considered for a Product Manager position, the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below must be met. Please ensure the application clearly indicates that you meet these OMQs.

    • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Information Systems Management, Business Analytics, or an equivalent field graduating no later than August 2025.

    • Must join within 12 months of graduating with your degree, earliest start date being June 2nd, 2024.

    • Have academic course work, projects, internships, and/or research experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Natural Language Processing

    • Big Data / Data Structures / Algorithms

    • Cloud Computing

    • Database Systems/Design

    • Object Oriented Design

    • Web/Mobile Development

    • User Research, User Interface, User Experience Design

    • Information systems

    • Have academic course work, work experience, or completed project research in one or more of the following Business Management areas (or equivalents):

    • Accounting

    • Business Analytics

    • Business Strategy

    • Economics

    • Finance

    • Marketing

    • Supply Chain

    • Operations Research

    • Strong analytical and communication skills.

    • Be willing to work from the Kitchener office 2-3x/week.

    • Attend a university in Canada.

    • Authorized to work in Canada in 2025.

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

    Canada: Hiring Range from $50,500 to $110,000 CAD per annum

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
