    Finance

    Main point of contact for Media across North America & Mexico on billing related

    issues

    Provide summaries of monthly billing and reconciliation

    Resolve discrepancies with vendors and media teams to ensure reconciliation

    timelines are met

    Collection of vendor invoices

    Monthly billing management

    Inputting media plans into billing systems

    Monthly budget actualizations

    Create and manage Client Authorizations and Vendor Insertion Orders

    Review billing rates and fees in the billing system to ensure agreement with

    contractual terms and conditions

    Manage the end of year accrual process for billing including the finalising of billing

    with digital vendors, gathering all invoices and sharing with finance

    Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance client and product knowledge as it

    relates to accounting billing processes

    Media

    -You will support the Media team with planning and execution of digital media campaigns

    across a number of exciting toy brands.

    -Assist with the measurement and reporting of all paid media campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and provide recommendations to the Media lead. We

    value constructive suggestions.

    • Assist with the creation of presentations, data collection and document management eg flowcharts, creative asset trafficking sheets, reporting templates etc

    • You would help in the mockup creation for proposals, media plans and wrap reports as well as creative/ad-copy

    • Help establish processes for the media team that can automate menial tasks and reduce risk of human error

    • Partner closely with media planning and media activation leads to ensure optimal cross functional communication

    Skills and Requirements

    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize work

    without missing critical deadlines

    • Ability to both adapt to and manage changing priorities independently in a fast paced

    environment

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels within a team environment

    • Proven ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done while continuously taking initiative and pushing projects forward under tight deadline

    • You have a Marketing, Finance, Business or Communications Degree

    • 3-4 years marketing experience

    • You have strong project management skills; able to pivot quickly and prioritize tasks accordingly

    • Strong Excel skills

    • You have extensive experience and understanding of budget management, invoicing and are proficient with accounting terminology + tools

    • You are comfortable creating presentation decks. This will include organizing campaign data and presenting campaign wrap up report null
