You Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience working in sales training capacity

You are a subject-matter expert within peer group

Prior experience in high-volume calling

Experience working with ~~~ or similar CRM

Technical skills

Experience prioritizing concurrent projects and demonstrating project management skills

Demonstrated several strategies, platforms, and skills to varied audience

You Will

Ensure new employees receive comprehensive, Concentrix and client training to enhance job-specific knowledge

Provide employees with skills-based, client coaching to support achievement of specific weekly/monthly/quarterly operating plan targets, sales targets, assigned performance targets, and high customer satisfaction

Partner with teams to develop and deliver a training program designed to enhance client sales knowledge associated with any of our sales motions

Analyse data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices for client/specific territories

Oversee, measure, and validate the delivery and quality of provided training

Track the effectiveness of training interventions through multiple assessment tools

Collaborate with all partners to improve sales processes to achieve a positive customer experience

Maintain a high level of communication with your team to guarantee a strategic client relationship is fostered and developed

Maintain a high level of understanding about the client, customer interaction, and evolving business environment for relevant training content delivery

Help create a culture of learning where individuals manage their own development, competence, and performance
