    Description

    The Associate of Global CRM of Tom Ford and Balmain Beauty will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager to drive the development and execution of strategies designed to increase customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value for both omnichannel luxury brands. This pivotal role will support both fashion and beauty marketing strategies, requiring a thought leader with a deep understanding of CRM marketing and a creative mindset, capable of integrating innovative strategies to enhance the consumer experience. The ideal candidate will support and lead efforts to leverage consumer data and content, ensuring that our global brand marketing strategies are both engaging and actionable. Additionally, this role will support initiatives across fashion and beauty for both brands, requiring a strong commitment to ID/E to ensure that all global marketing programs resonate with our diverse consumer base.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with global teams across creative, editorial, product marketing and operations to align CRM strategies with brand objectives.

    • Support all regional CRM efforts across eCommerce and retail, ensuring consistency in execution.

    • Manage and optimize the digital marketing process, from strategy development to creative briefing.

    • Coordinate multiple, concurrent CRM projects, ensuring on-time delivery.

    • Analyze CRM data to drive personalized marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement.

    • Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies across regions.

    • Develop and implement CRM campaigns that support both online and offline channels.

    • Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, providing insights to inform future strategies.

    • Assist in the creation of global CRM templates, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across markets

    • Support the ongoing improvement of CRM processes, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required.

    • 1-2 years of relevant experience.

    • Proven experience in CRM, with a strong understanding of CRM marketing principles and practices.

    • Experience in luxury retail or beauty industry is a plus.

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $62,400 to $93,250. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
