    Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Communications and Technology, the Associate Director of Enrollment Technology will ensure greater integration of technology solutions across enrollment services and further enhance student retention and success through data-driven strategies. The Associate Director of Enrollment Technology will play a pivotal role in supporting the maintenance, implementation of enhancements and utilization of the EAB Navigate360 system and the CUNY Transfer Explorer (T-Rex). The Associate Director will work closely with enrollment services, academic advising, faculty and other student support units to ensure the effective use of Navigate to enhance student engagement, retention, and success. This role involves user training, data management, troubleshooting, and collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize the system's impact.

    Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to

    • Support EAB Navigate system's daily operations, and assist end-users with troubleshooting and escalation for technical issues.

    • Work with Advising units to segment and assign students to advisors, ensuring efficient support structures and personalized academic guidance.

    • Development and execution of enhanced training programs for faculty and staff to optimize their use of EAB Navigate and the CUNY Transfer Explorer (T-Rex).

    • Creation of comprehensive user guides, documentation, and multimedia resources for onboarding and continued training.

    • Collaboration with Information Technology and Institutional Research to improve data accuracy and analytics within the EAB Navigate and T-Rex.

    • Regular data analysis to identify trends and facilitate proactive interventions, contributing to higher student success rates.

    • Implementation of updates and features in the EAB Navigate and T-Rex to improve user experience.

    • Acting as a liaison with various campus units to align technological efforts with institutional student success goals.

    • Coordination with external EAB teams to advocate for tailored solutions for Lehman College.

    • Support all aspects of Transfer Explorer both within Lehman College and across CUNY, ensuring alignment with AcMo 2.0 objectives.

    • Serving as a representative in the Bronx Transfer Affinity Group (BTAG) to support T-Rex and AcMo 2.0 integration.

    • Collaborate with other CUNY colleges.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's Degree and six years' related experience required.

    • Assists senior management in developing plans, implementing initiatives and assessing performance

    • Recommends and implements improvements to schedules, policies and procedures to advance unit effectiveness

    • Serves as resource expert on enrollment practices to resolve complex student issues, and assists students with special circumstances in receiving support

    • Plans and executes workshops, orientation sessions, and events to acquaint students with enrollment processes

    • Reviews and approves content for print and on-line enrollment materials

    • Prepares analytical and statistical reports for management

    • May manage professional and/or clerical staff as well as department budget

    • Performs related duties as assigned.
