    We are actively recruiting for an Associate Director, MSO Operations to support our Las Vegas market. The Associate Director of MSO Operations will work along with a team of Provider Engagement Specialist and clinical partners, will deploy necessary education, services, and tools to support local affiliate providers in providing higher quality and reduce unnecessary cost of care. The success of the AD will be measured by meeting the quality and cost goals of the MSO, as well as maintain high level of practice satisfaction and effective management of local field teams.

    The Associate Director, MSO Operations is a relationship manager and leader in the market who ensures practices are hitting quality and savings targets. The Associate Director dyad consists of local clinical leaders and works with market presidents to ensure strategic goals are set and implemented through provider engagement specialist.

    Responsibilities

    • Execute on direction from the National President of MSO Operations, Clinical dyad partners, and/or Market Presidents, and internal team members as necessary to achieve practice value-based care goals.

    • A strong leader to guide Provider Engagement Specialists in individual initiative planning efforts, tailored for each practice.

    • Cultivate in-depth relationships with practices and regional partners, including regular status calls and in-person meetings, to set strategic priorities, report results, monitor utilization and costs, and identify opportunities for growth and savings.

    • Manage the onboarding process of new practices and plan for onboarding success.

    • Partner with MSO growth leadership to support local expansion of the affiliate network with a strong service offering to all customer segments.

    • Facilitate regular meetings with practices to educate practice staff, build MSO buy-in, identify and resolve barriers, monitor progress, and gather practice satisfaction, feedback, and lessons learned

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or other related fields

    • A minimum of three years formal leadership experience; overseeing multiple direct reports

    • A minimum of seven years experience in provider engagement and/or provider contracting

    • Must have Extensive Value-based care knowledge

    • Experience facilitating complex negotiations, providing key insights that advance agreements with new provider partners

    • Proven ability to cultivate relationships and create partnership opportunities with health plans and community organizations

    • Extensive knowledge of local market provider landscape

    • Motivated self-starter than can independently develop a growth pipeline and execute provider agreements that drive our programs towards success

    • Outcomes focused individual that thrives on outperforming against quantifiable goals

    • Experience working across a segmented business to align partners towards a common goal

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably and effectively communicate with a variety of internal & external business leaders

    Preferred

    • Master's degree preferred

    • Role requires <75% local travel; mileage reimbursement will be issued

    Pay Range

    The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$102,200 - $140,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
