The Associate Designer is responsible for assisting designers and senior designers in the conceptualization and execution of and designs for the wallflower and car fragrance categories within defined theme and seasons from concept through final delivery. They present and deliver brand-right designs that tie back to the overall concept and business strategy; encompassing style, icons, forms, and finishes for new/existing product lines. They assist in the research and interpretation of fashion trends and consumer needs that uphold the integrity of the product lines/brand.Bath & Body Works associates are the heart of our business.
