About the role
We are looking for an Associate, Client Care to join the Client Solutions team! You will work closely with the Investment Finance and Infrastructure Investment teams to prepare quarterly reports and play a key role in ensuring the reporting cycle is led seamlessly. In addition to quarterly reporting, the individual will be required to play a key role in our SMA update calls each quarter and cater to client requests that come on a regular basis to provide support to the delivery of outstanding service to the firm's institutional investors and investor relations activities including client service, investor management, onboarding and reporting We will also require this individual to provide support to ESG initiatives and lead a number of projects and processes.
What you'll do
Analyze and synthesize data and commentary to prepare internal and client results including quarterly reports, investor presentations, and other ad hoc reports/requests.
Produce individual investment performance commentaries for funds and/or direct investments.
Work to complete and handle internal and external quarterly reporting processes and deliverables.
Track and disseminate data related to investment activity to internal and external partners as appropriate.
Assist the investment team with portfolio construction and client fit analysis ensuring adherence to client investment guidelines; participate in projects to address client portfolio changes.
Assist with ongoing updating and management of the data information system (Allvue).
Build and maintain regular and ad hoc reports to provide information to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
Help drive the successful implementation of sustainability initiatives, including supporting reporting initiatives. Support various global sustainability initiatives (ESG) for Private Infrastructure Investments.
Attain strong product knowledge and successfully communicate the investment strategy and specific investment decisions for investor meetings, reporting, marketing.
Develop content for investor relations materials and internal communications for major transactions and other initiatives.

What you'll need
Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics with a strong academic record; professional designation (CFA, CPA) attained or in process an asset. Strong understanding of financial management is required.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investment, financial services or consulting industries in a role supervising investment activity, performance benchmarking and exposure analysis; prior investor relations/client service experience an asset.
Big four experience preferred.
Experience gathering, analyzing and synthesizing data and preparing quarterly reports, underlying investment updates, annual presentations, etc.
Well-developed qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; validated strong modelling skills would be nice to have.
Highly proficient in Excel with sophisticated abilities in Word and PowerPoint applications; understanding of Power BI preferred; experience with Allvue an asset.
Outstanding oral and written communications skills;
Experience leading projects and processes for improvements/enhancements.
