Are you ready to use your leadership, financial and analytical abilities in a management position? This is your opportunity! As an Associate Business Manager you will support our business operations with specific focused responsibility on supporting financial performance. You'll participate in indirect and program budget preparation, cost control and oversight, and business resource planning/tracking in coordination with other corporate entities. You'll serve as the alternate liaison between the business groups and Corporate Business Operations to support and fulfill their Financial and Programmatic controls & and cost/schedule checks and balances responsibilities. And you'll support the Business Operations Manager and our team in fulfilling all responsibilities.
The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains - air, land, sea, space and cyber.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in reviewing/updating/finalizing Program EACs, Orders, Revenue, Earnings, Cashflow portfolios as it relates to entire BU/PL
Investigating/researching/answering questions related to programmatic variances
Manage, build, and inspire a team of Program Financial Analysts
Must Haves:
A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
Typically, 4+ years of progressive finance experience, which includes 0-2+ years of management experience.
A higher level degree may substitute for experience
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Strong financial analysis skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Familiarity with direct and indirect rate structures
Advanced Excel knowledge
Experience with Earned Value Management or advanced understanding of Earned Value Metrics
Understanding of or experience in the Program Financial Analyst Role
Understanding of monthly CPPM cycle and BU reporting requirements (inclusive of Variance Analysis, Risk Management, Revenue Reviews, Resource Planning, Orders Forecast, etc.)
Proficiency in the following Applications (Cobra, Microsoft Project, ECRM, Teams, EBI/PowerBI, and Sharepoint)
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
