We are looking for a live, on-site Assistant Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Rogue River Estates and ensure tenants have a safe, clean, and comfortable environment to call home.

    On-site residency is required for the Assistant Site Manager role, and a one-bedroom apartment, including utilities, is provided. The apartment accommodates a maximum occupancy of two people.


    The salary for this position is $1,300, paid bi-monthly on the 15th and the last day of each month.

    What You’ll Do:


    As an Assistant Site Manager, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the property and working directly with tenants. Your key duties will include:

    • Perform daily cleaning and light maintenance of both the interior and exterior common areas.

    • Monitoring tenant compliance with leases and addressing violations.

    • Assisting tenants with forms and inquiries, ensuring compliance with lease regulations.

    • Conducting inspections, responding to emergencies, and performing light maintenance.

    • Fostering a positive community environment by addressing resident concerns professionally.

    Is This You?

    • You have excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

    • You’re highly organized and can balance multiple tasks.

    • You possess, or have the ability to learn, skills in property management and basic maintenance.

    • You are comfortable living on-site and being available to handle emergencies when necessary.

    • You can set clear boundaries while maintaining a supportive presence for residents.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Previous experience in property management or a related field.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and maintaining professional relationships with tenants and staff.

    • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
