Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our properties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Property Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the property 

• Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner 

• Conduct property inspections and ensure that all maintenance issues are addressed promptly 

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports 

• Assist in the leasing process, including showing units to prospective tenants and processing applications 

• Ensure that all lease agreements and other legal documents are properly executed and filed 

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with tenants and vendors 

• Assist in the coordination of property events and promotions 

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 

• 2+ years of experience in property management or related field 

• Strong organizational and time management skills 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software 

• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations 

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
