  • Job Title: Mid-Level Project Manager

    Job Description

    Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mid-Level Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Microsoft Project across all departments, including manufacturing, fabrication, accounting, engineering, quality, and purchasing. This role focuses on reporting, building production and project schedules, delivery management, and customer communication. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to establish key project milestones and deadlines, ensuring efficient supply chain management and timely delivery of components.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement Microsoft Project across various departments to streamline project management processes.

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive production and project schedules.

    • Manage delivery timelines and ensure effective communication with engineering and production teams to create and track key project milestones and deadlines.

    • Monitor supply chain and lead times, managing contingent project schedules based on component flow.

    • Generate detailed reports on project status, progress, and performance metrics.

    • Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely procurement of components.

    • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

    • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

    The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the largest project this firm has brought in, with a higher volume of units than production is accustomed to. The large project will support a pharmaceutical manufacturing operation.
