We are actively looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team at Kernersville Medical Center.

• Job Title: Assistant Nurse Manager

• Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

• Department:

  Cardiac Cath Lab

• Location: Kernersville Medical Center 

Provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.

• Experience: 

  Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.

• Licensure/Certification:

  • Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.

  • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

  • Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications

• Additional Skills (required): 

  Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
