    Managers have the responsibility for overseeing all staff productivity, staff development, safety, and operations of the business unit. You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations and activities and ensure our personnel and product are top-notch. The hourly manager reports to the AGM and G.M. of the store. The salary managers: AGM and GM report to the Operating Partner. These roles are on-site positions. You must work a flexible schedule to work and observe all day parts which includes working nights and weekends.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    The following requirements must be met to qualify for this position:

    • Must be eligible to work legally in the United States.
    • Must be twenty-one years of age.
    • Preferred: Previous Manager experience in QSR or Hospitality.
    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Oversee training, evaluate training results, and meet company goals.
    • Oversee the reporting of daily and weekly training efforts, operational goals, and results.
    • Train and schedule for success.
    • Maintain a professional, safe, and fun environment.
    • Hold employees accountable to being productive, efficient, and safe.
    • Manage recruitment inside the store, training, and assist with employee assessments.
    • Ensure staff follows health protocols and safety protocols.
    • Prepare reports for upper management and corporate staff.
    • Coaching and training oversight. Tracking individual performance.
