    How you will make an impact: 

    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Director to join our faith-based organization. As an Assistant Director you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children. You will assist in managing the day-to-day of the Child Care Center. You will work with the director and staff to develop programs and ensure a Christian Intergenerational environment enhancing individual learning and development. By instilling these values from a young age, you'll help shape their character and positively influence their development.

    Schedule

    Monday-Friday rotating shifts 7am-3pm and 10am-6pm

    What you will need: 

    • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in early childhood education or child development 

    • Gateways to opportunity level 1 Illinois Director's credential or 3 hours of college credit in administration leadership or management

    • 1 to 3 years of early childcare experience preferred
