    JOB SUMMARY:
    • Assists with the execution of service delivery and product quality and provides dedicated leadership to the beverage functions. Ensures that all aspects of the beverage experience contribute to 100% guest satisfaction.
    DIRECTLY SUPERVISES

    Manager Beverage Shift

    KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
    • Sets standards for excellent customer service that drive customer satisfaction
    • Directs the daily work activities of assigned personnel within the beverage department
    • Responsible for daily check control system, payroll and forecasting
    • Prepares beverage requisitions as necessary
    • Builds a strong cohesive team by creating an environment of teamwork and lateral service
    • Works closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of service for our guests
    • Maintains file documentation and accurate entries in the daily log book
    • Ensures that beverages are prepared and served according to the desired portions and quality specifications
    • Adheres to established guidelines that all inventory activity is kept in compliance with current Casino Hotel Alcoholic Beverage Control and all other applicable regulations
    • Ensures adherence to Board of Health standards
    • Uses fact-based decision-making, involving other departments as necessary to ensure positive impact to total service
    • Ensure beverages are prepared and served according to the desired portions and quality specifications
    • Maintain staffing levels and schedules to ensure a cost efficient, productive environment
    • Assist with coaching of supervisory staff to maintain high levels of customer service
    • Ensure that all guest complaints are handled in a courteous and professional manner
    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    Equivalent of two years college education within related field preferred. Minimum three years' experience in a high- volume food & beverage managerial role. Basic knowledge in all phases of restaurant management.

    • Strong leadership, communication and supervisory skills
    • Excellent planning and problem solving skills
    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
