    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Asset Management Subject Matter Expert to join our team. This is a remote opportunity that will require travel to various Air Force bases (up to six times per year).

    ManTech is looking for a senior, motivated individual with leadership skills to join our industry leading Asset Management Practice. We are specifically looking for an individual with experience assessing, developing and implementing enterprise-scale real property / asset management systems for large, complex facility portfolios in either the commercial or government (federal or state) sector. You will be responsible for client engagement, leading assessments with stakeholders, and developing roadmaps and strategic documentation. Development and implementation of asset management systems will focus on the life cycle management of large and complex facility portfolios and specifically include coordination of policy, strategy, governance, planning / master planning, program management, financial management, operations & maintenance management, asset management, workforce management, and training. Work also includes digital transformation and technology enablement of the asset management system utilizing Agile project management fundamentals, data management, workflow digitalization, geospatial integration, modeling and simulation, inventory management, CMMS/IWMS implementation, IT system integration, and audit readiness. The overarching purpose of the asset management system and the focus of this position to generate value for our clients, exceptional solution delivery, and implementation of industry leading asset management system solutions.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Represent ManTech in client facing, highly visible roles

    • Work with other Subject Matter Experts, contract and Air Force personnel to develop and implement innovative technology solutions into a virtual operations environment

    • Develop installation resiliency plan solutions with the Air Force

    • Develop maturity roadmaps and other change management documents

    • Develop and present executive level briefings of findings

    • Develop, produce, and present thought leadership products, presentations, papers, etc.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 10+ years' experience in asset management of facility or built infrastructure portfolios.

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

    • Ability to facilitate group sessions to establish implementation solutions.

    • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

    • Experience facilitating change management for an organization(s)

    • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and disseminate complex information and solutions with attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Ability to travel to Air Force installations up to 6 times in one year.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working with the Air Force on initiatives related to the Installation Resilience Operations Center.

    • Data science, business intelligence, and information systems experience, e.g. data analysis, trend and performance analysis, developing IT-enabled workflows.

    • Professional certifications in Asset Management and Facilities Management.

    Security Clearance Requirements:

    • US Citizenship, required pre-employment background check.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

    • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $100,800-$168,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
