    Manufacturing company in Preston, WA (close to Issaquah, WA) is currently hiring for a Assembly Cleanroom Supervisor. The Cleanroom Supervisor is responsible ensuring successful day-to-day operations in an assembly environment. The Cleanroom Supervisor plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. This position requires current/recent Assembly Supervising experience and any Cleanroom Supervising experience is a very big plus.

    Pay: $60k - $70k/yr. (Depending on overall review for qualification, tenure, and relevant environment experience).

    Location: Preston, WA (100% onsite)

    Shift: Standard Morning Shift (Monday - Friday)

    (Key Responsibilities)

    • Coordinate activities of the production departments with sales, quality, warehouse, maintenance, and vendors.

    • Review the production schedule and modify as needed to meet expected capacity.

    • Review and recommend changes to improve quality and operational efficiency.

    • Maintain appropriate workflow by monitoring steps of the process including setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points.

    • Coordinate the disposal of hazardous waste and maintains records for annual reporting.

    • Ensure compliance in QMS processes, AS9100, AS9120 and ISO9001 standards as well as all relevant WISHA and OSHA standards

    • Perform inventory and purchasing of consumables and lubricants while maintaining shelf life requirements.

    • Read and interpret documents such as drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

    (Supervisory Responsibility)

    • Build and manage a strong workforce positioned to achieve company goals, consistent with budget considerations, and align with staffing plans. Ensure employees are appropriately recruited, selected, coached, appraised, and rewarded. Take action to address performance problems.

    (Job Requirements)

    Must reside in WA for consideration on the application as this role is Onsite in Preston, WA

    • 3-5 years of relevant experience.

    • Current or recent Assembly Supervising experience is required and must be shown on resume.

    • Any prior Cleanroom Supervisory experience is highly preferred and considered.

    • Must be comfortable working 100% onsite in Preston / Issaquah, WA

    Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington. Other locations may be subject to variances based on location-related factors.
